JOB DESCRIPTION |
|
|
|
|
- Directly responsible for all marketing and market development activities for QIAGEN Korea’s LS business, in line with opportunities and
corporate objectives, strategy, values & brand
- Build QIAGEN Korea LS business in local country, covering the complexity of appropriate networks
- Specific tasks will be focused on “customer first” activities, driving business and building our competitive position across the LS networks,
ensuring clear strategic direction, value and positioning
- Develop and execute with effective LS Marketing Plans. To grow all areas in line with global strategy and regional opportunities,
balance global strategy with regional differences and achieve business targets
- Develop & implement effective marketing campaigns at Customer Class, application & country-specific levels
- Responsible for compiling and interpreting market trends, customer needs, and competitive information
- Initiate and manage contacts with key opinion leaders and key customers
- Active participation in industry networks
- Communicate, inspire, motivate and involve KAMs & Specialists as appropriate to ensure successful execution of strategy
- Ensure planning, monitoring & evaluation is established as the norm for business analysis & revenue / cost
management
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of marketing activities for best ROI and ongoing improvements
- Support high-level sales activities
- Give pro-active guidance to sales management
- Provide & train on appropriate sales tools |

QUALIFICATION |
|
|
|
|
- Scientific Masters/Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience in a molecular biology / life sciences MNC organisation. Proven marketing experience in the
LS industry. Prior sales background will be a plus
- A thorough working knowledge of the Life Science market
- Strong marketing background desired including proven ability to manage budgets, analyse businesses, take products to market,
execute marketing strategy & marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills & proven leadership skills
- Demonstrated excellent communication
- Interpersonal skills very important - must be a team player
- Proven strong capabilities of self-motivation, highly creative in problem solving
- Fluent English essential and Korean language an advantage. |

- 근무요일/시간 : 주 5일 (월 ~ 금) / 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시
- 급여 : 회사내규에 따름
