[Responsibilites (Job description)]
- Carry out field trials, collect and document data, and make reports.
- Organize demand creation activities to promote Yara Crop Nutrition Program: demoplot,
farmers meeting, farmers field day, crop clinic, and so on.
- Responsible in the implementation of sales and marketing program, including Retail Partnership Program (RPP),
brand campaigns, product launches, conferences, market surveys, database collection, and so on.
- Provide proactive assistance to customers in implementing effective crop nutritional programs for the
key segments, while engaging local Dealers and Retailers to participate in our program.
- Assist in the development of marketing content and materials.
- Able to communicate clearly a value proposition to a customer.
- Provide regular updates on market situation, including competitive landscape, commodity price,
crop season and so on.
- Maintain relationship with local partners, authorities, research organizations, universities and
other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities being carried out are aligned with Yara Crop Nutrition Strategy, with a high level of
brand consistency.
- He/She will report to Area Manager and will be based in the assigned areas. |
