Cambodia Angkor Air (K6) is the national flag carrier airline of Cambodia, headquartered in Phnom Pehn. It commenced operations on 28th July 2009. The airline is owned by the Cambodian Government (51%) and Vietnam Airlines (49%). The joint agreement involves a codeshare between the two airlines allowing connections to Cambodia through the route network of Vietnam Airlines. As of August 2009, the airline's fleet consists of 3 aircraft: 2 ATR72-500 & 1 Airbus A321 delivered in Aug 2009, and operates 78 flights per week (64 domestic and 14 international). Further aircraft purchases would be made in 2011 as the airline looks to expand within ASEAN as well as to China & South Korea.

Now Cambodia Angkor Air has plan to initiate the passenger flight service from Siem Reap to Incheon on 1st Nov 2011 by new Airbus A321.
