*Reporting and Communications

- Work closely with Business partners including Allocation, Retail Management and Stores to understand business needs and support.

- Publish reports to aid operational planning on a daily/weekly/monthly basis based on business requirements.

- Gather and analyze data regarding unit volume, operational productivity, service performance, inventory availability and financial performance working with Global Supply Chain Finance.

* Distribution Operations Analysis

- Identify opportunities of process improvement within Distribution Operations and facilitate the improvement plans by closly working with Supervisors.
- Provide WMS support in partnership with APAC IT when required.
                

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ year experience in operational performance analysis, productivity measurement and development of Standard Operation Procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and English Communication skills
- Working knowledge of WMS and advanced PC Skills : Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Possess ability to dffectively management multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership, analytical and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to share information and present data in an organized fashion
