General Description

Be responsible for managing and coordinating all maintenance actives at Plant (Yeosu) to ensure continuous and efficient for stability and reliability of equipment. Manage and trains a team of maintenance staff.

1. Management of Department (80%)

- Maintain a safe, healthy, clean working environment in the maintenance area.
- Manage contractors to ensure department KPIs targets are achieved.
- Develop and implement a complete preventive maintenance plan to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment.
- Complete calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment.
- Set up ,maintain and implement maintenance SOPs and ensure all data records are kept properly
- Be charge of cost control in maintenance and overall efficiency to align with business requirements.

2. Continuous development (20%)

- Work with other engineers to continuously improve process and equipment

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

1. Education and Experience

- BS or BS plus equivalent experience in a mechanical, electrical, engineering or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in maintenance environment
- Be familiar with high level requirements on EHS, specially safety standards in Chemical Industry
2. Language Skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
