[ Job Purpose/Prioirities ]

Reporting and supporting to Supply Chain Execution Manager, this position is responsible for the daily logistics & distribution activities served by the 3rd party service providers (DB.SCHENKER & DKSH) – entire distribution & delivery operations, local redressing activities and relevant cost & performance management based on sanofi standards, also in charge of the timely packaging material supply & relevant code/barcode management under SCE manager management

[ Key Accountabilities ]

1. Supply Chain Execution areas - overall 3rd party Logistics operations (in-house, delivery & redressing activities)

-Monitoring the day to day 3rd party logistics operations

-SAP process management (stock movement & monthly closing)

-Managing the local Redressing activities in the DC

-Performance management (analysis & on-going improvement)

-Ensuring the quality operations in accordance with sanofi quality standards & local regulations

-Monthly closing including the monthly service fee validation and stock & activity closing

-Logistics tender preparation & benchmarking

-Problem-solving

2. Artwork & Packaging Material Management

-Maintaining the latest artwork guidelines & relevant SOPs

-Using sanofi e-Artwork management tools (VISTALink &  ZINCmap)

-Initiating the artwork creation/variation & monitoring the circulation process

-Ensuring timely variation of the artworks in accordance with the local regulations

-Key communication link with sanofi plants/CMOs for the artwork topics

-Artwork & PM related  supplier & service provider management

-Relevant cost management

3. Drug Barcode & Serialization Management

-Maintaining KORCHAM membership & latest drug barcode information

-Serialization & Aggregation management (data & activities)

[ Requirements and Qualifications ]

Experience & Knowledge:

-5Y experience in the logistics operations and/or SCM fields

-Experience of working with a variety of distributors and distribution models

-Experience of outsourcing management & tender management

-Preferred experience with Pharmaceutical/Bio~/Temp-controlled operation

-Experience of SAP (MM module) and a variety of WMS/TMS models

-Knowledge of MS office (Excel & Power Point)

-Preferred Adobe Software (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop)

-Preferred the Packaging & Artwork management experience

Language skills:

-Fluent in working environment (both verbal & written English)

Education: Bachelor degree or above (Logistics or SCM, Business Engineering) preferred
