외국계 영어교육사/Head of Operations(COO)

[업무내용]

 KPI setting/tracking by center (revenue/profitability)
 Growth driver/issue identification by center and working with principlals to implement changes
 Rolling out HQ initiatives (program change, R&R, risk management etc.)
 Feedback loop from principals and centers
 Principals/staff training and management for better student/parent experience that would lead to increase in revenue
 Teacher sourcing/training/management (esp. foreign teachers)
 New Center location identification/opening (expect to double/triple number of centers in the next 2-3 years)
 Also considering Franchise business as potential business driver after direct center expansion

[자격요건]

 10+ year in education business and 5+ year directly managing a network of centers
 Proven record of growing revenue/profitability 
 Good communication/interpersonal skills to motivate 400+ employees 
 Ability to speak English plus to work with foreign teachers
 Experience of launching new centers and growing revenue and also turning around underperforming centers
