Responsibilities
- Control CRM budget and operations, with a special focus on means and tools.
- Define data analysis needs and localization for all business segments (products efficiency, customer’s satisfaction, sales and promotion performance…)
- Collect department’s needs, pro-actively suggest analysis and dashboards to maximize operations performance
- Produce user friendly dashboards to ensure proper communication of relevant information.
- Run integration projects such as DMP, coordinate projects with corporate, local teams and 3rd party vendors, and ensure data accuracy among systems.
- Run customer segmentation, targeting, and analysis through the various solutions available internally.
- Configure CRM offers in internal systems.
- Pro-actively suggest new solutions integration to better productivity

Qualifications
- 7~9 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge on FMCG marketing.
- Excellent Communication skill.
- Good English skill is needed.
- Computer skills. (MS Office)
