[직무개요(General Statement of Duties)]
Purpose of the Job
Ensure market intelligence, develop (commercial) terminal business
initiatives and after management approval execute the business
development projects, in line with the
business strategy and in cooperation with (group) management,
customers, partners and third parties, in order to contribute to the
realisation of the business strategy of Odfjell Terminal Korea.
Organizational Context
Reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer of Odfjell Terminal Korea.
Maintains effective functional relations and networks within the Group
(Commercial) resources.

직무목적(Purpose of Duties)]
1. Business Development and Customer Management
• Plan how to establish and maintain account relationships and meet
personal sales tergets for each assigned account by calling and
visiting existing/perspective customers to understand and identify
their nees to creat long term customer relationship
• Coordinate and work with technical / logistics / customer services
personnel to support customer's need
2. Sales Performance / Strategy
• Establish the sales target & medium forecast and providing the
basic figures to team head for budgeting and target achievement
• Develop new and strong client relationships over time that provide
significant inputs to planning company service strategy
• To support and follow up terminal project of regional marketing
and develop new biz opportunity
3. Sales Management
• Coordinate the personnel of customer services, logistics and
inventory control to support the delivery of contracts
4. Market Intelligence
• Collect and initially analyze data for market research peroject to
develop competitior grid and bencharking on competitor's
positioning and perrmance

- Sales Experience for Petrochemical or Tank Terminal
그외 요구 사항(Outside of that Requirments)
- Command of English for both writing and speaking
- Good understanding on relevant industry / as well as chemical
product knowledge
- Above 12 years in job experience with high sales & communication
skill in chemical
industry Including deep knowledge for sales, customer handling
and understanding for chemical logistics process deeply
- Ability to drive objectives and change within the organization |
