The Institute Pasteur Korea (IP-K) is seeking a highly motivated team member
to join Finance and Grant Management

모집부문

Position	Junior Manager in Finance and Grant Management
Grant	Project - Bio Core Facility Establishment Project
Notice	This position is in Bio Core Facility Project. Therefore, when the project ends, contract will be ended at the same time.

Overall Responsibilities and Outline of Position

1. Finance (재무)
   - Prepare monthly closing such as depreciation and closing journal entries for AP and AR
   - Support yearly external audit response and support internal auditor
   - Cash reconciliation with band and book and cash report preparation
   - Prepare withholding tax statement and public entity report

   - 월말 결산 (전표 입력, 감가 상각, 미지급, 미수금 등)
   - 연말 감사 대응 및 내부 감사 서포트
   - 현금 조정과 현금 수지 보고 준비
   - 원천 징수 명세서와 공익법인 신고서 준비

2. Grant management (과제 관리)
   - Budget settlement submission to grant provider
   - Understanding and following NRF Fund manual
   - Participant researcher management

   - 관련 부처에 과제 정산 제출
   - NRF 연구비 메뉴얼 숙지
   - 참여연구원 관리

3. Bio Core Facility coordination (프로젝트 코디네이터)
   - Main contact person with 5 incubating companies
   - Support to prepare financial statement and tax report submission
   - Educate NRF manual

  - 5개 신규 업체 업무 교육
  - 재무제표 및 세금 보고서 제출 준비 등 5개 입주사 재무 지원
  - NRF 메뉴얼 교육

The required qualifications are

- Major in accounting or Business administration
- More than 3 year experiences in accounting team
- Applicants must be well-organized and have fluency in spoken and written English
- Skills of Microsoft office including Excel and Word
- Understanding of NRF Manual is preferred
- Additional experience in Grant management is preferred

Conditions of employment

- Working Hours : Mon. to Fri. 09:00 ~ 18:00
- Leave : 2days/month
