POSITION
SUMMARY:
Prospects and penetrates existing and new accounts within a specified region or
territory to identify and pursue product opportunities in a variety of
processes and applications, manage all aspects of sales and support activities
at those accounts and/or assigned territories, and increase sales revenues and
customer satisfaction. May travel to support customers.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identifies, qualifies, and pursues sales opportunities at existing and new
accounts within assigned area.
2. Coordinates activities to increase sales and establish and maintain a high
level of customer satisfaction at all accounts.
3. enetrates all levels of assigned accounts on a face-to-face basis to ensure
an intimate, timely, and firsthand knowledge of customer issues.
4. Produces quotations and books orders for all sales activity at assigned
accounts.
5. Provides initial level of technical support at accounts.
6. Arranges for advanced levels of support from AE customer service,
applications, engineering, marketing, etc.
7. Develops account profiles, including competitive positions and sales volume,
sales opportunities, company direction, decision makers, etc.
8. Produces and updates account strategies and tactics.
9. Forecasts sales in accordance with AE processes and procedures.
10. Works closely with AE marketing and Engineering to ensure rapid response to
opportunities and effective solution to customer issues at account.
11. Travels as needed to properly perform all aspects of duties for remote
customers.
12. Performs other duties as requested.
EXPERIENCE
AND KNOWLEDGE
1. Minimum of 5 years sales experience in industrial market, with significant
experience of cooperate with distributor
2. Related experience in selling vacuum equipment is required. A strong
technology
background is desirable
3. Global communications, English written/oral communication skill is necessary
SKILLS AND ABILITIES NEEDED :
1. Have proven strong sales, negotiating and closing skills
2. Possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, as well as strong
interpersonal skills
3. Adapt well to company policy and process
4. Strong team player
5. Analysis skill for market trend, demand and VoC
6. Computer literacy with confidence in using Windows, spreadsheets (Excel),
word processors (Word), and presentation graphics (PowerPoint).
7. Ability to travel (Local, overseas)
EDUCATION:
Essential:
B.S.E.E. or equivalent education and/or experience
