2. Marketer_Display Materials & Systems Division (경력)

Job Summary :
- Drive operational excellence within the portfolio focused on growth and profitability
- Responsible for global price management, deviated pricing, price optimization, rebates
- Manage Display Materials & Systems Division business reporting, including MRE, QOR and One Forecast modeling
- rovide counsel to Global and CoM sales and marketing teams for portfolio strategy, including pricing, program
  management and M&A
- Build new business models and operational guidelines to push out business forward
- Key input to NPI Product management and commercialization
- Lead insights (Users, Brand, Channel)
- VOC and VOM management
- Industry trend analysis, Sub segment trend analysis
- Story-telling and communications
- Develop and train application engineers and sales reps on financial discipline and selling value
- New product commercialization launch plans


Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree is generally required.
- 3-6 years of sales or marketing experience in LCD, OLED display market. OLED preferred
- Deep understanding of OLED technology or Optical Clear Adhesive market
- Good communication skill
- Ability to communicate in written & spoken English
- Good at MS Office (Excel and PPT)

6. Service Engineer_Health Care Business (신입 및 3년 미만경력)

Job Summary :
- 3M is seeking a Service Engineer for Health Care Business .

Primary responsibilities as sales rep include but are not limited to the following :
- Expert to cultivate customer relationships by accessing customer needs, handling customer inquiries, and resolving
  customer issues
- Identify and coordinate remote supports, on-site visits, document findings, and follow through on action items as
  a regional 2nd level support
- Act as an escalation point for the customers to assist in the resolution of technical and support issues
- Consistently and effectively manage quality reports for QMS
- Share best practices and help maximize the value of the products and services to the customers


Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Bio-Medical or associated Engineering
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical skills with tracking the records to troubleshoot the challenging problems
- Excellent customer service and collaboration skills to interact with multinational counterparts
- Enjoy the frequent overseas business trips
- 3 years of hardware and software service experiences in Medical/Dental or related markets is preferred
