-Prepare expenditure report, receipt report, journal voucher

-Management of cashier

-Management of general account

-Payment of accounts payable

-Manage and reporting of withholding tax

-HSBC interest payment, management of checking account

-Reception and closing of credit card sales check (Head office sales, sample sales, VIp sales)

-Closing of inbound stock and sales

-Preparing VAT report/corporate tax report

-Reporting remittance abroad

-Preparing accounting audit and tax

Administration Duties

-Ordering office supplies: stationery, business cards, nametags, family brand cosmetics, birthday gift-cards

-Management of corporate credit car

-Manage and closing of delivery services

-Preparing ER for administrative expenditure and tax expenditures

-Registration and management of newly opening stores

-Other administration tasks
