1. Digital Oral Care Sevice Engineer
Job Summary:
3M is seeking a Digital Oral Care Sevice Engineer for the Oral Care Solutions Division .
Primary responsibilities as sales rep include but are not limited to the following:
* Regional expert to cultivate customer relationships by accessing customer needs, handling customer
inquiries, and resolving customer issues in APAC
* Identify and coordinate remote supports, on-site visits, document findings, and follow through on
action items as a regional 2nd level support in APAC
* Act as an escalation point for the customers to assist in the resolution of technical and support issues
* Consistently and effectively manage quality reports for QMS in the region
* Share best practices and help maximize the value of the products and services to the customers and
APAC subsidiaries
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Bio-Medical or associated Engineering
* 2-5 years of hardware and software service experiences in Medical/Dental or related market
* Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and network
* Software or programming skills: Preferred Linux Operating System or other software/programing experiences
* Excellent analytical skills with tracking the records to troubleshoot the challenging problems
* Good written and oral communication skills in English
* Excellent customer service and collaboration skills to interact with multinational counterparts
* Enjoy the frequent overseas business trips

- 화학물질 관리/대기/폐기물 관리 프로그램 운영
Qualifications:
1. Min. 12+ years of professional experience in Industrial Health,Safety and Environmental function
2. Industrial Safety/Environmental/Hygienist Certification(Mandatory)
3. Strong communication skills with global mindset.
4. Fluent in English
