모집부문 및 자격요건

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
●Responds to telephones, fax, and e-mail related to products and service orders. Obtains usage and inputs sales order data and/or product service calls into ERP system.
●Resolves routine and some non-routine customer questions, complaints, and requests: Communicates with patients of delivery information such as delivery date, shipping volume/reimbursement collection issue with NHIC
●Investigates problems related to shipment of products, credits, and other customer’s complaints.
●Through the ordering process obtains information on the amount, type, and stock on hand. Handle expedite orders, and initiate action to replenish stock.
●Setup new accounts data in company system (ERP, Database), maintain other records, and prepare required reports: New patients registration, drop out registration, patient address tracking & management.
●The claim service of health insurance reimbursement (on behalf of patients)
●Credit tracking & contribute to collect account receivables related direct billing patients & NHIC (National Health Insurance Corporation) and prescription.

Qualifications. ​
●Must be able to operate a personal computer and appropriate software package (ERP ? JDE : Order Process, MS Excel, Call Communication Software)
●Must have good communications skills as well as good interpersonal skills
●Must have service oriented mindset

 Education and/or Experience.
●Above College degree preferred.
●Preferred 1 - 2 years experience in customer service.
