Position Application Engineer - EKC
SBU Electronics & Communications
Accountability ㆍTake responsibility for new specialty chemical product development, introduction and
　application support at customer sites.
ㆍDevelop and achieve new business (especially at Cu market) by promoting new and
　existing products aligned with account / marketing strategy.
ㆍBe a primary lead for new account & opportunity scouting, existing customer issue
　trouble-shooting and internal new product development project.
ㆍInterface closely with technical team to provide timely technical support to customers.
ㆍSupport sales activity by making technical presentations and managing
　customers’ technical requests.
ㆍInteract proactively with current & potential customers and industry people to get
　market intelligence.
Qualification ㆍBachelor degree or above in Engineering (Chemical, Material, Metallurgical) or Chemistry
ㆍMinimum 3 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry, either in fabrication or
　equipment vendor
ㆍGood knowledge about Semiconductor fabrication process & industry
ㆍGood knowledge of overall quality management and statistical process control
ㆍGood technical service & sales skill
ㆍExcellent communication & interpersonal skill to maintain close collaboration with
　customers & internal resources (R&D, Supply Chain, Technical team)
ㆍLogical, persuasive and influential capability
ㆍAggressive, persistent and can-do attitude
ㆍGood team player
ㆍGood command of English, both written and spoken
