저희 회사는 미국 Washington 주의 Pullman 에 본사를 두고 있는 Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) 의
한국 지사 (SEL Korea) 입니다. 아래 공고와 같이 고객, 견적, PO, 출하 및 서비스 관리를 하는 Customer Service
Representative (CSR) Position 에 적합한 인재를 찾고 있습니다. 대 부분의 일상 업무가 영어로 진행이 되므로
영어능력이 무엇보다도 중요시 되며, ERP System (Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft AX 등)을 사용하여 해당 업무를 해 본

- Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

- Support and promote sales and marketing activities by maintaining regular contact
  with representatives/distributors and customers.
- Provide support to regional team and Sales & Customer Service division.
- Collect, analyze and report customer feedback on products and services to ensure
  customer satisfaction.
- Prepare bids and quotations, enter RMAs and orders and monitor order status.
  Assist with monitoring past due accounts and obtaining customer credit details.
- Plan and organize customer visits, conferences, seminars, training and other marketing
  and sales activities.
- Review individual CSR metrics to identify and implement improvements.
- Communicate clearly and positively with internal and external customers.
- Continuously identify, measure, follow and improve customer service area processes.
- Office Administrative and assist the country manager
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or related business experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to learn concepts and technical details of products
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills in English
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred
Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years customer service and sales experience
- Database experience (ERP system experience required)
- Experience in technical sales environment
- Bilingual in Korean and English
