Understand in-store environment,
shopper/retailer behavior, client’s POG strategies
and category’s market landscape
(e.g. competitions, regulations).
Come up with innovative ideas as to VMD,
POSM and OOH materials based on the
understanding.
Keep up with the latest 2D and 3D technologies
and engineering, and apply the knowledges into
resolving feasibility issues of new touch-point
ideas.
Understand client’s brand guidelines and make
sure 3rd party vendors are tied to the guidelines.
Consolidate project progress of internal/external
extended teams to make sure whether key
milestones are meeting targets or heads-up is
necessary.
