| SUMMARY |
- To perform general accounting and controlling function, maintain accounting records and perform
other related duties in the Finance Department as supporting finance manager. |

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. |
|
|
|
|
- To maintain general, receivables and payables ledgers in SAP including the preparation of accounts analysis, as well as the necessary
organization of the relevant documentation
- Ensure timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with group closing schedule
- Tax invoice issuance to customers and reconcile with SAP data
- Cash and bank note collections
- To reconcile bank accounts, creditor statements and other records, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Report AR aging and take follow-up actions for delayed billings and collections
- Reporting financial records and maintaining finance processes in line with company’s SOX compliance
- Assist in preparation monthly financial reports
- VAT tax filing and reconciliation
- Other regulatory report preparation
- Prepare cash-flow forecast
- Support annual financial external audit
- Assist in year-end corporate income tax filing
- Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget
- Assist in Investment application and approval procedure
- Import duty related tasks
- Back up finance manager
- Any other duties as may be assigned by finance manager |

|
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE |
|
|
|
|
- Accounting qualification.
- Ideally a few years’ experience with a foreign company operating in Korea. |
|
|
|
|
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES |
|
|
|
|
- 7 to 10 years of accounting experience
- SAP FI module experience (SD/MM module experience preferred)
- Experience in automotive industry preferred
- Preferably experience in SOX processes and implementations
- Experience of process improvement preferred
- Excellent communication skills both Korean & English |
