Purpose of
the Job |
In order to suffice for all specifications demanded by users and
provide the output within deadline, such as 3D modelling,
2D drawing and
technical document. ETO(Engineering To Order) or NPI mechanical
design leader strives to improve the degree of completion
of the products by being in charge of all works relevant to
producing products and designing components that guarantees
good service environment, safety, credibility, manufacturing and
management quality, and price. ETO mechanical also deals with
technical task stemming either from client companies or inside the company. |
Accountabilities |
ㆍProvide mechanical design related technical data such as 3D modelling,
2D drawing, BOM, interpretation data, or technical document, to the client
or other departments at the right time.
ㆍDecide design specification in order to come up with satisfactory performance
and cost of the product, and by following guideline of product safety and
standard compliance decide the component and material quality.
ㆍCome up with ideas to reduce cost in design through idea market activities and
ultimately increase profit.
ㆍReview requests on design and site equipment structure change from clients in
and outside the company, and decide the concept to set the direction and
share schedule with the team members.
ㆍProduce P&ID on the finalized design concept and review and revise system
structure and equipment management with mechanical design team,
S/W design team.
ㆍReduce potential risk in the output with advance verification done by
using structure interpretation and flow analysis tool
ㆍDesign the finalized concept with good performance, cost, safety and
maintenance by utilizing 3D tool.
ㆍIn case any problems occur regarding performance, cost, safety and
maintenance, discuss with related departments to come up with solution,
and if specification requested by the client has to change, prepare materials
that can help convince the client.
ㆍBefore completing the design, carry out a cross functional design review
to go over all contents related to production, management and safety,
and in case there is anything missing or added, make sure to include
them in the design. |
Qualification |
ㆍBS degree or above in Engineering
ㆍBasic knowledge on three types of dynamics
ㆍMin 5years of mechanical design expansion in semiconductor industry
ㆍManagement ability on design tool

Purpose of
the Job |

relevant to producing products and electrical design that guarantee
good service environment, safety, credibility, manufacturing and
management quality, and price. ETO electrical design leader also deals
with technical problems in electrical designing stemming either
from client companies or inside the company. |
Accountabilities |
1. Review and report design change concept that suffices for the request made
on design change and VOC change whose design specification are reviewed
and negotiated.
2. Make sure to perform electrical design work by following the guideline
on product safety and standard compliance.
3. Work according to the schedule set with instrument design team and software team.
4. In order to increase work efficiency when performing design work, improve
engineering change process, strengthen copy exact and reliability engineering,
and report the result.
5. Produce electrical drawing and BOM, IO list, energy consumption chart,
and technical data.
6. Write technical materials requested by clients from in and outside the company.
7. Complete designated education courses on electrical design
(EPLAN, writing design based documents, equipment, design standard)
8. In order to increase the quality of the design, regularly check suitability
of the design and produce 3D drawing to prevent disturbance error. |

Core Tech Engineering |
Purpose of
the Job |
The purpose of this job is to develop core technology required
for the product, and apply the technology to the system to produce
“Killer Products.” This involves all market-based R&D activities
that provide customers more advanced products
from the previous ones, at the right time.
The purpose also includes providing solutions, taking
a technology-based approach, to improve the performance of the product,
such as MTBS, powder and pressure issues, anti-corrosion, catalyst,
adsorption, and bad smell, and to troubleshoot product management. |
Accountabilities |
1. Once the right time to produce the new product is decided from
the sales department, establish plan on development project with
the department heads and team leaders, and process the development according
to the plan (theoretical monitoring and doing lab test). We also share our plan
and cooperate with the sales department, service department, and seven other
relevant departments.
2. When the employees from other team and department ask for support during
the experiment on product development and improvement, provide necessary
help to make sure their works go smooth.
3. Write completion report on the product developed by CT & D1, and show it to
the client company through the sales department so that onsite evaluation
on performance on site can be done smoothly.
4. Confirm what sorts of improvement should be made through the sales department
and the service department. After that, come up with specific ways to improve,
evaluate the product’s performance, and then write a report to show our clients.
5. After the client company approves our updated product, apply the product
in the market, test its performance, figure out if there is any malfunction,
and write a report and take action to solve problematic issues in case there is any.
6. In case there is a request on optimizing scrubber on site from the client company
or sales department, the department head, AT team leader and members
altogether schedule time and coordinate staffs to visit the site to work on
optimization. After completion, a report on the result should be written.
7. In case a client company asks for technology meeting through sales department
and service department, write reviews on contents relevant to the meeting,
and if we deem necessary, visit the client company to share them.
8. In case a request for analysis on competitors’ technology is made through
the sales department, go over documents about our competitors provided
by the sales department and compare their technology with ours. After that,
discuss in which direction the product development should be geared toward.
9. Regularly inspect equipment, fitting, tools, gas, MFC that are kept in CSK R&D
for Lab Test, and in case a problem occurs, make sure to take prompt action
to provide help to recover.
10. If there is a necessity to receive education on a specific type of work, then
we make suggestion about this to the team leader. After the department
head’s approval, participate in the education program, and share
what we’ve learned from it to the team leader and members. |
Qualification |
ㆍBA in Mechanics, Fluid Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, Physics, or Environment
(preferably an MA holder)
ㆍA candidate who has 2 years or more of experience in development-related field
ㆍA candidate who has understanding of mechanical perspective and interpretation
ㆍA candidate who has completed a course on the mechanism of combustion reaction |
