Requirements To ensure the timely and efficient delivery of Facilities Management services for sites in Korea.
In support of Client’s business needs in accordance with the Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators.
1. Workplace Services
• Understand FM role well and assist team in daily performance.
• Ensureteam in daily consumable forecast, application, management and payment preparation.
• Work with team to assigned maintenance personnel and contact vendor to ensure that fabric, facility and office machine support function
is accomplished with quality and timely.
• Ensure that agreed quality of service is delivered at reasonable cost.
• Create and continuously optimize service related process
• Ensure team to manage service quotation/contract efficiently.
• Interacts with service providers & authorities. Deals with complaint on services.
2. Management Information
• Ensure team to update and maintain space, cost and people data in responsible area.
• Combine information about regional service and space requirements.
• Assist cost centre manager in budget preparation, cost record, cost control and action plan making.
• Prepare and provide related weekly report, monthly report etc. within requested time.
3. Workplace Space Management
• Work with team and other supplier’s employees to develop appropriate solutions for space planning.
• Support local workplace projects in contributing to plans, schedules and budget including follow-up for important project
(office set up, relocation, etc.).
• Plan, Implement and coordinates the agreed design, planning, fit-out for small project (extension, renovation, termination, moving, etc.).
• Engage other corporate functions and service providers in to projects as needed.
• Oversee, forecast and implement office layout to fulfil business needs.
• Ensure that implementation to be space efficient or meet global standard.
4. Establish efficient links with all customers
• Keep close contact with HR, dept. managers and regional BD team to understand or forecast their needs.
• Carry out end-user communication and change management according to plans.
5. Participates in country level initiatives.
• Promote care for environment (energy saving, waste management, etc.). Make action plan and coach team to implement it.
• Assist when necessary in the evaluation of existing country tools and implementation as best practice solutions.
• Assist when necessary for country wide activities.
6. Establish efficient cooperation with other corporate functions
• Establish positive cooperation with other corporate functions, e.g. Corporate Security, IT,HR.
• Workwith team to support Legal Dept. to audit/renew office business license, company code certificate for responsible sites.
