[독일계포워딩]HR&Admin Assistant (계약직, 신입~경력)

* Purpose of the Job: 인사총무 어드민
This position provide HR & Admin operational support in the HR Department, staff benefit management, Office Management, 
Company Marketing (Branding), and other ad hoc functions.

* Job Duties: 
- Assist HR team for daily operational HR activities
- Coordinate recruitment 
- Training Arrangement 
- Maintain accurate staff leave and attendance records
- Support in benefit administration / Monthly Expenses 
- Answer employee enquiries in relation to HR policies and procedures.
- Office Management
- Management for visitors (hotel booking, transport arrangement, etc.)
- Company Branding (Company Logo, Sales Item, communication with RHO for marketing)
- General Affair Administration

* Probation Period: 3 months
* Contract Period : From join date to Oct 2017

* Experience & Qualifications Requirement:

- At least 0~3 years relevant working experience , preferably in multinational company environment

- Able to meet tight deadline

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good team player and self-motivated

- Good command of both spoken and written English
