|
1. Overall Responsibilities and Outline of Position
To support the following works related to the Facilities Management Team
1) Manage and coordinate the maintenance, repair, installation of the building facilities
2) Maintain records and prepare reports such as building maintenance
3) Organize the documents and supporting facilities team administrative matters such as
legal facilities regular inspection and permission, ER, and PR
4) Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress
5) Prepare scopes of work and technical specifications including engineering drawings, bill of quantity
and cost estimates for small and medium size of construction/modification works taking
into consideration all relevant building codes
6) Equipment and parts management
7) Undertake other duties, as required
2. Qualification in degree & Certification and Skills
Essential :
1) Bachelor’s degree of architectural, urban, or mechanical/electrical engineering
2) Excellent spoken and written English required
3) Using Auto CAD tools, illustrator and computer applications skills (MS Office) required
4) Outgoing with initiative and able to work independently
5) Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels
6) Excellent organizational skills, know how to take direction, be a self-starter, high-energy,
proactive personnel
Desirable :
1) 1~2 year administrative/office based experience in the facilities management or
construction industry is preferred
2) National certificate in architectural, mechanical, electrical engineering is preferred
3) Understanding of the R&D institute facilities is preferred
3. Conditions of employment
- Working Hours : Mon. to Fri. 09:00 ~ 18:00
- Leave : 2days/month
