글로벌 Top tier 주류기업의 필리핀 지사에서 Finance Controller를 찾습니다
필리핀 지사 로컬로 채용하는 것이기 때문에 필리핀의 cost of living에 맞춰져 있는 연봉에 한국어에 대한 language premium을 얹어주는 베이스구조입니다. 
그렇기에 연봉이 한국에 비해 높지 않습니다만, 랭귀지 프리미엄이 있기 때문에 그나마 다른 필리핀 오피스보다는 꽤 높은 편입니다.
(그리고, 복리후생으로 healthcare쪽 커버가 상대적으로 좀 많이 되는 편입니다.)
영어는 물론 잘할수록 좋겠지만, 아주 잘하지 않아도 어느정도 알아듣고 말할 수 있는, 말하고자 있는 의지가 있는 분이면 됩니다. 
일반적인 해외오피스에서 요구하는 영어수준보다 다소 낮다고 생각하시면 됩니다.
외국에서 근무해보고 싶은데 외국기업에서 요구하는 언어의 fluency나 경력조건이 충족되지 않아 기회가 없으셨던 분들에게 기회라고 할 수 있겠습니다.
리포팅하시는 GM(해당법인장)은 한국분입니다.

[Dimension]
Financial Controller reports directly to the General Manager but supports closely and is the single point of contact of the country director in respect
of financial controls.
For the geographical area it represents it is the liaison between the country director and the different functions, in general, finance & external
stakeholders such as auditors and tax authorities.
As part of this role, to be responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness and financial relevance of the in-country statutory and management
information

[Leadership Responsibilities]
He/she is the one point of contact and business partner for the Country
Director & Functions when it comes to all point financial controls related
for the geography.

[Strategic responsibilities include:
 Setting the strategy for effective and efficient delivery of the financial controls agenda for the individual countries, continuously raising the bar
 Mobilize the right resources (talent, process, systems) and execute the strategy

[Decision support activities, including:
 Analysis and reporting of all financial reports, seeking and passing judgment in coordination with the countries where necessary
 Active, pro-active management of financial figures
 Risk treatment and assurance, Financial Control Activities, including:
 Coordinate for the country statutory, management account and tax agenda.
 Coordinate operational accounting activities, month and quarter end closes, within Manila BSSC and in country.
 Ensure the team produces monthly and quarterly management and financial reports in accordance with the agreed group timetable.
 Create and maintain high quality and effective internal control area.
Deliver successful internal & external (GAR, KPMG) audits. Ensure Financial Controlling / RTR processes are SOX/CARM compliant.
 Ensures GLOBAL Corporate policies and processes are followed
 Managing in sourcing and outsourcing projects. Liaise with outsource providers. Local specifics are documented and known in order to
maintain and improve the control environment effectively (local DTPs, KPIs; etc.)
 Continuously monitors and improves the control environment; proposes actions in order to eliminate or prevent risks and to deliver
opportunities
 Provide business partnering for all key stakeholders (market finance contacts) & network with various functions within GDBS/market
(Cash Cycle, Treasury, CARM) and outside DBSC (KPMG/PWC/Deloitte)
 Identify opportunities for scope expansion – create possibilities

[People Management]
 Develop higher level understanding of the importance and the role of financial analysis and its impact at tactical and to a certain extent at
strategic level
 Working closely with other in-house and local finance and accounting teams (Finance, BPM, FP&R, Cash Cycle, Tax, PTP) etc…) 
Enable the high quality team performance through efficient and supportive people and professional processes
 Manage / coach a team of 7-12 people
 Provide professional guidance and advice for the Finance teams
 Stakeholder management
 Set the working priorities

[Qualifications]
University / College degree in finance / accounting (경영학 포함) preferred

[Work experience]
Qualified accountant with minimum of 10+ years working and management experience in a multinational corporate environment, with
exposure to some of the following areas:
 Financial and Management Accounting, Controlling & Reporting processes
 Accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, etc..) / Statutory knowledge, experience
 Experience on people management / management of big teams
 Internal / external audit experience and/or SOX
 Experience with Shared services process activities
 Process improvement
 Project / change management
 Business experience and understanding
 Risk assessment
 Proven strong stakeholder and expectations management skills
 Ability to work to meet priorities and manage tight deadlines
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer focused attitude

[Language skills]
Able to communicate effectively in English (and native language when applicable)
Other languages within geographical area is a plus

[PC skills/System knowledge]
MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, etc.)
SAP FI-CO/COPA
BFC is a plus – Consolidated Reporting Tool



[Functional Capabilities]
 Company reporting and controls – Developing/Mastery
Experience and high awareness of accounting policies and standards and how they can be established to optimize performance and control risk
 Process Developing/Mastery Drives and shares best practice across the business and externally. Continually works with the process control’s 
teams to standardize and implement world class processes.
 Risk management and controls assurance- Mastery
Able to identify ways of treating specific risks and ensuring processes are in place to ensure risk is minimised and monitored.
 Project / change management – Experience
Able to construct project plans across boundaries and cultures and monitors the implementation progress of those projects to 
ensure successful implementation.
