[Summary]
Assuring consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business


[Responsibilities]
1) Achieve territory total product sales targets and associated individual product targets. Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
2) Complete and submit timely administration tasks such as customer account profiles, rolling forecasts, monthly highlights, expenses, etc. in line with divisional standards. Manage samples, demo devices, promotional items for the business
3) Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure customers’ requirements are being met by the Company's products where possible. Represent JNJ Vision in a professional manner that aligns with Company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
4) Compliance with corporate policies and procedures
5) Compliance in performing the training as required by the training procedure
6) Ensure compliance in reporting product experiences according to JNJ Vision QA requirement
7) Share the experience of sales activity, education, products and understandings for about products, clinical data and any other business related
8) Participation at local and international congresses
9) Working with distributors for Inventory management and reporting
10) Distributor management to work with and maximize business results
11) Work with distributors for Phaco equipment demo and other equipment for customer accounts and take part in the demo process and any other clinical applications
12) Product presentations for customers and provide product as well as clinical information with customers


[Knowledge & Skills Required]
1) Relevant Product Knowledge
2) Professional selling skills
3) Is capable of computer skills and programs such as JNJ Vision’s salesforce. com and others software programs to utilize and report for daily work
4) Ability to put together a territory business plan and conducts the presentation for the responsible business area
5) Communication skills to work closely in commercial team as well as other functional team
6) Presentation skills
7) English language skills, verbally and written for communication and participating in regional training sessions

[Educational and other requirements] 
1) University graduate and bachelors’ degree or more
2) Good command of English, written and verbal
3) Good knowledge of Ophthalmology business overall
4) Capable to make realistic plans and to execute them; time management
6) Good negotiator, confident and capable to close deals
7) Creative, independent, taking initiatives with more than average commitment
8) Flexible and capable to adapt to different circumstances and clients
9) Teamwork/Collaboration, Adaptability
10) Capable of building long term client relationships
11) Open-minded positive appearance
