Retail

- Deliver the on & off-line sales target based on right distribution and in-store communication

- Build sales channel strategies and promotion strategies to maximize the sales in cooperation with Country Manager

- Continuous discussion with channel to build win-win distribution, display and promotion strategies that is right for the customer environment

- Continuously improve in-store merchandizing following company guidelines

- 3 to 4 days on the field work to visit and make the change in the store-

- Store Manager and Staff training and management

Distribution and Display in the Direct Stores

- Find better product display and distribution in online stores

- Plan and manage sales promotion in online stores

- Build brand zone or place Stokke products in a prominent location in the store level

- Plan and install SiS/Branded Area in a good location that has potential consumers nearby

- Maximize the space based on the brand POSM guidelines

- Day to day store visit to ensure right distribution and display

- Find new distribution account or channel partner according to company policy

- Continuously improve in-store standards up to the brand standard level

- Contract negotiation to make the best retail environment for the company
