- Provides leadership in the

  development for the 

  continuous evaluation of short 

  and long-term strategic 

  financial objectives

- Ensures credibility of accounting

  group by providing timely and

 accurate analysis of budgets, 

  financial trends and forecasts

- Directs and oversees all aspects

  of the accounting functions of 

  the organization

- Provides senior management 

  with advice on the financial 

  implications of business 

  activities

- Manages processes for financial   forecasting, budgets and 

  consolidation and reporting to 

  the Company

- Ensures that effective internal 

  controls are in place and ensure

  compliance and applicable 

  federal, state and local 

  regulatory laws and rules for 

  financial and tax reporting

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA desirable

- SAP Background is a plus

- Minimum of five (5) years in progressively responsible financial

  leadership roles

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the 

  organization and with staff at remote locations essential

- Strong problem solving and creative skills

- The ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions 

  based on accurate and timely analyses

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense 

  of urgency and results-orientation
