Major Duties & Responsibilities :
Understand the customer’s requirement and communicate internally in
Tenneco to generate growth in sales by performing a communication skill in English
Report out cost analysis based on customer’s required formats using excel skills
Analyzing automotive market data and generate a marketing report to understand global trend of OEMs
Coordinate and support the TEN Korea sales team
Manage individual new product development projects and coordinate activities
between external and internal customers, within the department and cross-functionally to
meet customer demand/ specification.
Perform and present engineering report and utilize CAD, the engineering network.
Co-work with technical center for product development and instrumentation,
generating design of experiments, analyzing with recommendations and conclusions
Communicate with HMC and TBRC program and design team on program timings,
validations, samples delivery, ride-work preparations, and design related details,
Supporting for the ride-work tuning as an engineer at customer sites.
Improve the direct communication by being the translator, understand their requirement
for three organizations (HMC,TBRC, Tenneco Korea)
Act as first contact for issues at Hyundai Korea
Engineering support towards the end customer in S.Korea, supported by TBRC engineering,
sales and program team.
Follow up quality concerns with the customers, coordinate the activities needed
to reach the desired quality activities and level
Coordinate the customer’s visit and audit at Tenneco plants and lead the team to prepare for related activities |

|
B.S. Engineering plus over 3 years working experience in automobile suspension system
(shock absorber) or equivalent automotive industrial experiences
Must have the strong leadership, program management skills and problem solving skills
at given situation and conditions
Knowledge about HMC APQP, lessons learned and DFMEA
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and reporting skills
Ability to travel to suppliers, plants, and customer locations to support development requirements
Excellent presentation skill and Team work
Korean as mother language, but fluent English or/and Chinese is a must
Prepared to come over for a 6 weeks product & process training in China
