[Main purpose of job]
1. Responsible to execute Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) projects according to Contract specification, to be delivered on time, and within set budget.
2. To ensure that projects are managed and delivered effectively and efficiently to meet all set goals and objectives and to the required quality standards.
3. Main point of contact for customers in OEM projects to manage contractual and technical matters.
4. Ensure the projects are effectively resourced and manage relationships with a wide range of groups in Howden and externally.

[Accountabilities]
1. Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
2. Reviews high-level deliverables across projects.
3. Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction.
4. Understand OEM Terms and Conditions in Contract to minimize our exposure and risk across multiple projects.
5. Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects.
6. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for all projects under his/her direction.
7. Integrates financial data for multiple projects.
8. Compares financial data for practice to that of other practices and seeks ways to maximize profit.
9. Analyzes profitability, expense, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.
10. Addresses elevated billing issues when they arise.

[Skills, knowledge & Behaviours]

1. Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Engineering
2. Project Management qualification
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and contract management
4. Excellent communication skills including oral & writing and good command of English language
5. Demonstrated leadership skills to be able to inspire others, set the vision and lead effectively
6. Excellent organisational skills including project scheduling
7. Experience in Risk management and cost control
8. Knowledge of ISO and OHS standards

9. Knowledge of financial management systems
10. Computer literate, MS Project and MS Office
11. Desirable skills, knowledge & behaviours
12. Mechanical Engineering degree
13. Experience with large projects in Power Generation Business
14. Certified Project Manager according to Prince2, PMP, or IPMA Level B

[Working environment]
- 근무기간: 6개월 (하우덴코리아 소속 계약직)
- 근무지: 서울시 서초구 서초동 소재 (교대역 부근)
- 근무시간: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (주 5일 근무)
- 급여: 면접 후 별도 협의
