[Responsibilities]
1) Performs accounting functions such as financial accounting, or cost accounting and possesses an understanding of general accounting methods, principles and a broad understanding of the business.
2) Performs accounting activities associated with maintaining control of accounts, records and for the development of reports in the following areas: Treasury, financial accounting, and cost accounting.
3) Performs monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, analyzes financial information, prepares reports and verifies accuracy.
4) Performs daily and monthly financial and accounting transactions with the general ledger system.
5) Implements solutions to daily accounting issues where procedures may not be well defined. Assists with the automation and streamlining of internal and corporate reporting processes.
6) Performs various general accounting duties including development of reports and analysis of specific accounts as required.
7) Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions
8) Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
9) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


[Requirements]
1) CPA is preferred
2) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis.
3) Accounting/GAAP knowledge
4) Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
5) Excellent Communication skills
6) Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
7) Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
8) Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
