Job Description:

As an Education Advisor, you will work as part of a team committed to this standard.

Responsibilities include teaching, developing curriculum, and company building. We operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment that requires highly motivated intellectuals. With minimal supervision, the members of our dedicated staff are required to excel on project oriented work, which will involve analysis, research, planning, and execution. Our company’s goal is to provide exceptional service to each and every client. Education Advisors play a key role in assisting in the development of the firm’s growing Education Services areas as well as helping students empower their minds. Education Advisors will sign a minimum 27-month contract with a package including a competitive salary and performance-based incentives. After successful completion of 27 months, profit sharing opportunities will be offered to select individuals who have contributed greatly to the growth of the company. Promotions will be outlined within the contract.

Key components of position:

□         Teach and manage classes: 
            SAT I, APs, IBs, SAT Subjects, Book Club, TOEFL, Grammar,
            General Essay Composition, GPA management.

□         College and Boarding School Counseling.

□         Curriculum development.

□         Creating and designing books.

□         Counsel students on the elements and process of essay writing.

□         Editing and commenting on essays.

□         Work on various projects from creating literature to developing presentations.

□         Creating office templates and platforms for our various services.

□         Online teaching.

WHO NEI IS LOOKING FOR

Basic  Qualifications:

□         Bachelor’s Degree from a Top 30 U.S. university or equivalent.
            Seniors and alumni are welcome to apply.

□         Excellent presentation, communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills.

□         Ability to motivate and engage students.

□         Demonstrated expertise in MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Requirements:

□         Available for at least 27 months or three full summers.

□         Due to South Korean visa restrictions, 

            we can only accept applicants who are citizens of one of the following countries: 

            Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and Ireland, United States

Desired Qualifications:

□         Math and science backgrounds are a plus (Biology, Chemistry backgrounds preferred).

□         Teaching experience and/or credentials is a plus.

□         Completed four or more AP/IB courses.

□         Language skills (Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese) are a plus
