모집부문

Job Requirement :

Objective / Purpose of the Job 
- To support management with regard to Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies,

programs and processes, in line with country guidelines and the HR strategy. 
- To calculate and execute monthly and irregular salary payment in line with country

guidelines 

Key Activities / Accountabilities 
- Payroll Execution 
· To calculate and execute monthly salary, fixed  & variable allowances and additional

payments such as bonus, commission and incentive
· Keep all the pay-roll related IS information correctly
· Collect and validate overtime record
· Calculate the payment, create the relevant report and seek approval 
· Ensure the relevant follow-up actions such as deduction, reporting withholding tax and social security contributions 
· Field inquiries in line with Country relevant policies, guidelines and legislations 

- Labour Cost Management 
· To support labour cost budgeting process in line with the Company/Regional/Country

guidelines 
· Simulate labour cost budget in line with the relevant guidelines and seek approval 
· Analyse data and information on labour cost spending indicators vs. budget for

improvement 
· Field request on labour cost spending and forecast 

- Compensation & Benefits (C&B) deployment 
· To support the implementation of C&B policies, processes and programmes in line with

company and local guidelines to recruit, equip, develop, motivate and retain our people 
· Assist the country HR manager in the development of the local C&B programmes,

policies and processes, in order to contribute to the realisation of TNT C&B objectives. 
· Keep abreast with C&B trends and developments and increase own professional

expertise. 
· Liaise with all HR staffs, where applicable, in order to plan the deployment of C&B

programmes and gather the appropriate information. 
· Support the roll-out of the Company/Regional C&B policies, processes and programmes in cooperation with the Country HR Manager and HR account Manager
· Regularly monitor deployment results. 
· Participate in Annual Market Remuneration Survey
· Execute Salary Review Process in line with the Regional guidelines

- Advising & consulting 

· To provide management with advice and support in the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) area in line with the Country’s HR strategy policies and processes to enable management to recruit, equip, develop, and empower their people. 
· Maintain and administrate C& B plans in a variety of C & B areas (bonuses, benefits,

incentive plans, insurances, commission and pension schemes, job classification, etc ) 
· Advise the HR department on any C&B policy related issues and on alterations in

legislation and ensure these alterations are accounted  for in the existing HR policies and procedures. 
· Identify bottlenecks in the implementation of the C&B policy and develop proposals on opportunities for further development of the existing range of benefits in line with the

Company and Country C&B needs. 
· Communicate and provide information on terms of employment and alterations to the

employees, based on the C&B policy and the guidelines of the responsible manager, in

order to increase understanding and acceptance of the reward policy and its results 
· Assist in the formulation of guidelines for the annual salary reviews and make

recommendations to management during the annual salary reviews. 
· Advise management and peers on C&B issues based on the own expertise and in line

with the Company/Regional HR strategy, aimed at supporting well founded HR related

decision-making. 

- Administration and Management information 
· To analyse and report relevant C&B information to management within own area of responsibility to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to all stakeholders and to identify potential improvements of any C&B related activity. 
· Keep record of C&B information and indicators 
· Analyse and produces data on C&B indicators to management within the Country in

aconsistent and effective way. 
· Analyse data and put forward suggestions for improvement. 

- Personnel administration 
· To execute the Personnel Administration, in an efficient and effective manner, in order

to maintain personnel records and guarantee that management and employees are

provided with correct, up-to-date and accessible information. 
· Adhere to Payroll & Personnel administration policies
· Maintain personnel records regarding payroll 
· Analyse, administers and report on C&B subjects and individual cases to provide

relevant and accurate advice to management, HR personnel and external parties. 

- Networking and project work 
· To build relationships with (cross) functional peers to maximise efficiency and cost effectiveness and to participate in HR related projects   on the Country level, through the

provision of high quality data and information, to assist in informed project decision-making. 

· Develop an internal and external cross-functional network to assist with piloting of C&B

programs as well as maintaining a current understanding of HR trends and best practices. 
· On request, participate in any Entity related initiatives.
· Ensure achievement of action points assigned.
· Build and maintain relationships with functional peers.
· Involve appropriate parties as required.

- CR and Health & Safety 
· Comply with the company's corporate responsibility, health, safety and environmental

standards and responsibilities as identified within TNT Express management systems

- Customer Experience 
· At any time and any where perform the activities and display the behaviours that are

designed to deliver a distinctive Customer Experience. These activities and behaviours are highlighted in the "Understands and Delights Customers" core competency and in anyadditional Customer Experience behavioural guideline applicable to the role. 

Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates 
- University degree, preferably in an HR or Finance related area 
- Or proven relevant work experience (see below) 

Preferred Experience and Knowledge 
- 3-5 years Payroll experience 
- Knowledge of labour market 
- Experience in dealing with external 3rd parties, such as consultants, lawyers, Works

Councils and/or Unions etc.   
- Experience in interacting with middle (senior) management 
- Thorough understanding of internal and external HR processes and activities 
- Knowledge of the business levers, processes and structures 
- Substantial knowledge of local (labour) law and codetermination regulations 

Necessary Technical

 - 급 여 : 회사내규( 전 직장 고려  연봉 협의)

-  근무장소 : 서울시 마포구 상암동 월드컵북로 56길 12 트루텍빌딩 TNT 본사

 - 고용형태 : 사람인HS 소속 2017.06.01~2018.06.30  13개월 근무(육아휴직 대체)
