• Job Description
Job Characteristics: Performs a variety of senior level
clerical/administrative activities within the Supply Chain function. Functional
areas may include one or more of the following: distribution, inventory
control, logistics, production control, purchasing/procurement, transportation,
and/or warehouse. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced team
members. Operates a personal computer and appropriate software packages or its
equivalent.
- Supports Supply Chain Manager with
inventory management tasks
- Coordinates stock supply with manufacturing
vendors
- Aligns with stake holders to assure product
availability, freight forwarder etc.
- Update/Cross check to manufacturing
schedule with vendors
- Supports import / customs activities
- Supports KPI reporting
• Education/Work
Experience:
Typically requires a secondary diploma, or
equivalent, plus three or more years of experience.
- At least 2~5 years of relevant/same field
of experience is preferred
: logistics, supply chain area (material
management & distribution planning , Import & Export ) or Procurement
- Excellent communication skill
- Data Analytical skills
- Sense of responsibility and work attitude
- Skillful in Excel
- Possess ability to effectively management
multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English is preferred
• Level/Reports to:
Works under general supervision. Relies on
experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. May
orient, train, and check the work of lower level employees.
May function as a lead.
