Specialist |
- Respond and manage Channel Partner’s queries and
escalations based on pre-defined procedure
- Support business relationship between MS and Channel
Partners by working closely to identify and meet business
objectives for the channel.
- Manage account of order/demand forecasting, inventory
management, credit returns, and contract management.
- Roll out new programs/operational initiatives and provide
associated training and tool support to Channel Partners
and subsidiary.
- Collaborate with Customer Care team to map and analyze
query trends to support efforts to improve quality of service
offerings of query management, escalation management
and channel readiness activities.
- Support team managers by providing data and translation
service

- 2~3 years of working
experience (expereience
working within operations
or related field/industry is
an advantage)
- Language skill required :
English – At least business
level/Korean : Native
- Business objects experience

- Strong skills of MS
