Job description
Job Title : CRM Assistant (1 Year Contract)
Department : Marketing Management / Digital Marketing
1. Job Purpose
The main responsibilities are supporting CRM leader for sharing insight and analysis through handling raw data. The CRM Temp works in a strong operational relationship and alignment with relevant team and fully support to CRM leader for efficient work.
2. Position in the organisation
As a CRM Temp, you will work with the CRM leader of Marketing Managing Division and related divisions.
3. Result fields
CRM Strategy & Analysis
Support regular or ad-hoc reporting through exporting and defining raw data.
Keep track of the campaign mid-term status regularly.
Handle monthly accounting paper work.
CRM Membership handling
Monitoring and supervise the mobile voucher usage at the store for blocking unfair use.
Issue the mobile voucher and send SMS by weekly.
Watch and report back on competitors’ CRM/ activity to make recommendations.
Consumer Communication
Develop and create the content of email, SMS
Test and send SMS, E-mail on each specific system.
Track customer purchase history to analyze E-mail and SMS delivery result.
CRM DB / SYSTEM Management
Handle store’s requirements and give feedbacks.
Design and print the membership registration cards and manage inventory.
4. Job requirements
Knowledge and experience
1 year CRM, marketing or related experience preferred.
Proficient in MS office
Outstanding analytical skills
Statistical competencies
Knowledge of IT and digital marketing
Communicable English
Personal skills
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Active & positive attitude
Good communication skill
