- Track KPI sales results and Sales Force performances through sales analysis and data mining of all products, territories
and other based on product types, customers
- Create dashboard for performance/update and drive key initiative to sales management
- Sales effectiveness planning ? ROI and sales productivities by individual, team/group
- Design sales rewarding system in line with SFE principles, incentive plan and roll out including management of sales target and
incentive payment based on the performance
- Compute & compile sales incentives earning based on accurate sales tracing process.
- Implement improvement plans to address sales force effectiveness needs (segmentation, targeting and sales force mapping) and to
track progress of implementation.
- Conduct thorough sales force effectiveness diagnosis activities e.g., field days, interviews, reviewing of marketing plans and goals.
- Conduct sales force sizing & structuring thru Sales Resource optimization & Territory deployment
- Ensure balancing of project plan and actual progress
- Coordinate the information flow between all functions
- Documenting a progress and performance that includes measures and desired results
- Facilitate the identification of continuous process improvement initiatives and the prioritization of these initiatives with the
sales team managers |
