[업무 내용]

The BD Manager is responsible for the development of new business for the division Contract Logistics by creating value through the thoughtful and proactive application and selling of logistics solutions. The job role encompasses customer relationship, tender management tasks, acting as facilitator between 

 operation and customers, monitor and assist implementation of new accounts and interaction with marketing and sales teams and other relevant counterparts in our own organization and that of potential customers. The role of BD manager is one that is of strategic importance to the achievement of Contract Logistics overall objectives and growth targets. 

?Perform active business development for Contract Logistics and realise additional business to generate growth, increase customer base, turn over and profit 

? Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities to create value. 

? Work closely with customers, business partners and internal operation to deliver total business solutions 

? Analyze business requirements, present situations and identify improvement potentials 

? Preparation, costing and pricing of RFQ responses 

? Presentation of solutions to customers and stake holders 

? Direct operational issues to the correct operational owner. 

? Develop and implement account plans for major accounts.

 Proven sales skills including outstanding negotiation and persuasive skills.

?- Project management skills.

?- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

?- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

?- thorough insight and knowledge of the market for contract logistics, the (potential) customers, the competitors and other relevant players

?- High level of energy, well motivated and resilience with project management skills

? - Result orientated and proven success in business development

? - Proficient in MS Office

? - Excellent command of English (written & spoken)

 - Academic degree, preferably diploma in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or other relevant field

 - Minimum of 3 years experience with sales of 3PL / Contract Logistics services or related areas.

 - Solid understanding of the theory and practice of supply chain and transportation management

 - Contacts within relevant sector of experience and preferably with active customer base

 [근무조건]

- 고용형태 : 정규직 

- 근무시간: 9시~ 18시/주5일

- 급여: 면접 시 협의 (희망급여 및 최종연봉 기재 必)

- 복리후생 : 4대보험 퇴직금 등 자체 내규

- 근무지: 인천 중구
