Head of Marketing

NLCS Jeju are seeking to appoint a qualified and connected Marketing professional

This is a role of influence and diversity. Leading a small marketing team, you will use your expertise to improve current business, identify new market opportunities, increase market share and ensure the effective development and promotion of NLCS Jeju.

Developing and introducing effective Marketing and PR strategies is just the start. You will produce coordinated marketing activity plans, coordinate campaigns and events, improve the way we engage with social media, take overall responsibility for developing our website and oversee production of digital and offline promotional materials. We will also rely on you to keep abreast of changing market conditions and use your connections in the national press to help tell our brand stories. Producing reports for senior decision-makers and managing our brand will be other key aspects of your role.

Necessary candidate requirements:

• you are educated to degree level – ideally B.A in marketing or communications

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience working in blue chip marketing

• you are well connected in the Seoul PR world, with connections in the national press

• you have experience of developing marketing strategy and its implementation

• you have experience of event planning and organisation

• you have experience of digital strategy, content planning and production

• you have experience of planning and producing offline promotional materials

• you speak Korean and English fluently

• you are a team player
