Job Title: Sales and Marketing
PRIMARY FUNCTION
------------------------
Develop and implement organization Marketing and Sales strategies for product positioning, market penetration, and pricing that will improve the organization's competitive position. Activities may include market research and product planning. Build new contacts and create sales to potential buyers; Marketing communications and Promotions. Manage online sales.
1. Marketing Research and Product planning
- Research/monitor market trends (customers, price, product, and competitor) and use it as a key source of Marketing strategies with reflect market specific needs.
- Analyze business, confront competitive challenges, and identify opportunities.
- Manage to provide perspectives of the Korean consumers and market needs for new product development.
- Create marketing calendar and take ownership of its implementation.
- Execute marketing plans and activities including new product launching, promotions, guidelines, on/offline campaigns, and product/price management.
2. Build new contacts and create sales to potential buyers
- Identify new contacts and create new sales to potential buyers.
- Set up and attend meetings with potential buyers.
- Make a report weekly/monthly product sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with MDs.
3. Manage Online Sales
- Monitor online sales performance of individual account to ensure overall achievement of sales targets.
- Make a report weekly/monthly online sales.
- Provide strong customer partnerships and provide high level of sales service.
4. Manage SNS sites
- Monitor market trends.
- Post product contents.
- Provide perspectives of the Korean users and market needs for product development.
- Execute marketing plans and activities
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing - Mobile, energetic and a team player
