[업무개요]
PH Product PR (50%) / Corporate PR (50%) 1) Product PR planning and implementation: Develop and implement strategic communication & PR programs to enhance awareness and promotion of Bayer products and to ensure competitive edge in the respective market (Press release, feature article, holding statement, backgrounds, Q&A etc.) 2) Contribute to cross-functional projects : stay close contact with marketing teams of Pharmaceuticals to understand business needs and environment / demonstrate leadership in cross-functional projects 3) PH Communication with regional/global office: Lead communication projects in accordance with the communication direction of HQ and regional office 4) Coporate Reputation: Enhance company awareness and image/reputation through proactive media activities and speaking opportunities in strategic manner aligned with company reputation direction such as innovation, sustainability. 5) Leadership Communications: CEO message development to share vision and key initiatives of the company with the employees through effective and timely manner 6) Crisis/issues management: Counsel communication guidelines in product/corporte related crisis/issues management 7) Management of COM projects in compliant manner : Comply with pharmaceutical regulations, Bayer ethical business practices and Press Material SOP for all projects and materials & provide compliance guidance to business team or agency partners 8) Media liaison and Agency management: - Build and maintain favorable relationship with key media and handle media inquiries - Manage PR agencies to produce and deliver best service
[자격요건]
1) Education - Academic degree in communications, PR or journalism preferred 2) Experiences - 5~10 years of specific experiences in communications/PR and solid understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry required - Expereince of healthcare product PR preferred 3) Competency - Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic communication programs - Good negotiation and presentation skills - Good organization skills and balanced resource allocation ability - Expertise in coordinating work activities of a multi-disciplinary team - Total budget management of project/program - Fluent in both written and spoken English - Proven relationships/ networking with key media 4) Personal Characteristics - Good interpersonal relations - Creative mind & behavior - Goal oriented & determined - Strong leadership
