C. Requirement
1. Collage or University graduated (Business Admin or Logistic related major preferred)
2. Working Experience : Min 2~3 years experiences in Sales Admin or Customer service or Supply chain/logistic.
Foreign company & Manufacturing Ind. Working experience is preferred.
3. Good English skill (High): Over 800 TOEIC
4. Working Place : Yeongcheon
5. Working condition :
ⓐ. 3 months temporary position, after that permanent position can be possible according to result.
ⓑ. Annual Salary : (Negotiable according to working Experience.)
ⓒ. The others : Social Insurance, 5 working day per week, Annual leave.
D. Job Description as Sales Assistant
• Domestic & Oversea market Sales Assistant
• Visit customers to find out customer need
• Import and export management (scheduling and monitoring on-time delivery)
• Update Inventory List
• Monthly local closing and tax-invoice handling
• sample order processing
• Interaction with local customers & regional counterparts
• Communicate with HQ.
• Communicate with local customers for sales order arrangement, delivery and inventory management
• Order Handling : Check and update customer order status, shipping schedule and customs clearance with vendors,
forwarders for timely delivery
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for order status, pending issues, import cost and import sales & stock
• Sales Support & customer service: made warehousing and distribution service quotation for customers and resolved
any logistics complaints
