- Farm Animal Product Sales in Animal Health
[업무개요] 1. Manage sales and money collection in the assigned market thru dealers. 2. Be a company representative for professional communities such as assigned species vet society, assigned species disease research institute and integrated companies. 3. Hold educational/promotional seminars and deliver professional knowledge for internal/external customer. 4. Provide consultation on livestock farming and animal health care to customers. 5. Collect industry information, competitor’s activities and customer needs to be reflected on country species business strategy. 6. Manage networks of KOL and key accounts, universities, authorities, industry organizations and large customer accounts. 7. Collaborate with related SPM & Growth Opportunity/Veterinary Affairs to seek new business opportunity. 8. Make project to drive sales performance such as market penetration, field trial. 1. 동물의약사업부의 대리점을 통한 판매 및 수금 관리. 2. 축우 수의사회, 수의임상학회, 계열화 업체와 같은 전문 커뮤니티에 Bayer Korea 축우 전문가로 활동. 3. 내외부 고객을 대상으로 교육적인 혹은 판매활동을 위한 세미나 수행/개최하여 전문적인 지식 전달 4. 담당 고객에 대한 농장 컨설팅과 질병 관리 서비스 제공.. 5. 국내 축우 비즈니스 전략에 반영할 축우 산업 정보, 경쟁자 활동 정보 수집. 6. 축우 수의전문가, KOL, Key accounts, 대규모 농장에 대한 네트워크 형성과 관리 7. 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 찾기위해 산업동물 마케팅부 Product Manager, GO/VA team과의 협력. 8. 축우 제품의 시장 확장을 위한 시장침투 전략 수립 및 농장 실험 기획
[자격요건]
1. Should be a Veterinarian. 2. Minimum 3 years experience of sales in AH industry. 3. Should have good communication skills including presentation and managing interpersonal relationship. 4. Should be results-oriented, positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, challenging against changes and difficulties.
