POSITION TITLE:              PR & COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

LOCATION:                        KOREA

 

1) Summary of Position:

To support PR & Communication activities for IWC Korea to maximize brand exposure and to establish the top watchmaker’s image

 

2) Accountabilities:

Press Releases & Advertising

·         To manage all advertising production as defined by the media plan

·         To establish and maintain good relationship with media and ensure coverage

·         Ensure, monitor and report the coverage status to marketing manager

·         To discover and propose new digital media for future cooperation

·         Plan ahead how to promote new pieces

·         Manage PR/Carnet products

Strong Star Marketing

·         Maximize product placement on various media and position IWC  as a professional luxury watch brand

Drive iwc.com traffic and retargeting

·         Be the local ambassador of iwc.com: develop local content, edit when needed, ensure relevance of image & texts in coordination with Digital Project Manager at Headquarters

·         Manage retargeting campaigns

Drive social media content and engagement

·         Source and manage content development and publishing

·         Propose Facebook & Instagram advertisings to marketing manager

·         Orchestrate consistency of the local content plan and ensure implementation of Headquarters guidelines while adapting the local actions

·         Coordinate the different internal actors such as PR & Communications, CRM, Retail, Wholesale & Trade Marketing and their respective digital support

·         To develop segments, protocols and social media advertising strategies in close collaboration with CRM on Custom Audience to achieve content relevancy and effectiveness

·         Keep abreast of the latest social media trend and develop creative and effective initiatives and market intelligence

·         Ensure all communication materials are legally proofed

Drive digital advertising effectiveness

·         Implement the digital advertising strategy in partnership with PR & Communications Manager

·         Propose themes/subjects and best media to achieve higher results

·         Manage (programmatic) display campaigns

·         Analyse campaign reports and present to management for continuous improvement of marketing strategy

Drive search engine optimization

·         Implement the search strategy based on marketing objectives and increases the SEM effectiveness

·         Measure search campaign results, report results and adjust strategy according to the results

·         Manage and challenge local media agencies in charge of search budget

Others

·         Monitor and supervise the use of brand corporate image in all marketing materials to be in consistent with corporate quality

·         Assist in editing and provide content building on electronic materials including company and others’ website

·         Coordinate and handle logistics requests in relation to communications events

·         To handle all invoice processing and budget maintenance related to A&P PR Budgets

·         Assist in developing Marketing and Communications strategies

  

3) Key objectives:

·           An innovative, proactive spirit, always looking to “go beyond” and be ahead of the competition

·           College degree in marketing, advertising, graphics, web development, communications or IT

·           Previous experience in digital marketing as well as CRM, ideally both in Agency and in Companies and mastering community management & basic graphic development

·           Understanding of Luxury and consumer needs

·           Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience

·           Excellent proficiency in English and Korean

·           Creative and innovative, think out of the box attitude

·           A team player, enjoys working in transversal organisations

·           Internet savvy

·           Strong communication skills

·           Willing to walk the extra mile

·           Hard working with good organization skills

·         Report to Marketing & Communications Manager.

·         Work closely with: Sales Team, Retail Team, Marketing Team, IWC NEA, and IWC Schaffhausen.
