[업무내역]
Responsible for providing maintenance and on-site desktop, network and server support to customers.

Job Description:
- Maintenance IT hardware/server/network system in Customer site
- Provide basic support for OS, MS applications/ network
- 2nd leveled troubleshooting
- Identify, analyze and respond to escalations in a timely manner
- Support IT IMAC service, manage IT assets in each accounts
- Report to service manager and program manager
- Assist project lead on a global project or a local project
- Provide service reports, job sheets, expense claim, incident reports and the other documentations in a timely, proactive manner

[근무조건]
- 고용형태 : 자체계약직(1년, 연장가능)
- 연봉 : 협의 (최종연봉 및 희망연봉 기재 必)
- 근무시간: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (주5일/월~금)
- 근무지: 충남 천안시 서북구

[자격요건]
- Diploma with at least 2~3 years’ experience in desktop support and network troubleshooting
- Knowledge IT infrastructure
- Knowledge ticket system and process
- ITC holders from a technical institute and experienced in troubleshooting and repairing PCs/servers/network may also apply
- Must have good working knowledge of PC operating systems such as Microsoft Windows 2K, MS Office, and internet-related technologies/network.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer network will be an advantage
- MCSE,CCNA, ITIL certification is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual skill; Fluency in English and Native Korean.
- Positive, collaborative work attitude
- Good computer skills and teamwork
