업무내용

Corporate PR

Build firm foundation through infrastructure development for managing corporate reputation: e.g. Key message platform.

External communication channel development & management: e.g. corporate brochure, press kit, corporate website.

Expose corporate key messages through media activities such as feature article, press release, media session.

Enhance the media relationship through proactive relationship  management 

Ongoing Issue & Crisis Management 

Internal Communication

Internal communication channel setup & management: e.g. Intranet, Internal Magazine, Internal Correspondent

Enhance internal communication & employee engagement through townhall meeting, GM message/letter and internal event

Enhance visibility of Korea affiliate among AP region and global through wider Roche internal communication channels

Brand communication

Strongly position Oncology leadership through various media activities of major products

Support environmental shaping for access with media activities

Enhance visibility of Specialty care

Timely response to brand specific media issue/crisis

Corporate Social Responsibilities

Enhance internal participation & interest level of global CSR program and timely implementation

Local CSR program ideation & development / execution

Strategic counsel & Cross-functional collaboration

Counselling for strategic communication for internal stakeholder such as KLT, PMs, and other relevant counterpart

지원자격

Qualifications                                                            

Bachelors and above

Solid experience in PR/Communication field for more than 9 years.

Good interpersonal communication skills

Fluent in written and verbal English & Excellent Korean writing skill

Strategic thinking and planning skills

Excellent presentation skills both in Korean & English

Preferably cross-functional project management experience

Knowledge on the pharma market and related therapeutic areas

Understanding roles and responsibilities of diverse functions in the organization
