[Responsibilities]
Part A: Overall Responsibility
1) Strategic Portfolio Management for commercial business process innovation : Participates in business planning, analysis, needs analysis and business risk assessment, and consults with business partners to shape portfolio demand and determine how to best support the business through the effective use of IT technology in commercial sector (Sales). Interfaces with other IT parties and manage strategic relationships with partners (who may be IT or the business) by representing and promoting business needs and IT capabilities.
2) Sales Force Project Management: Ensures that all Sales Force Empowerment IT projects are delivered with excellence and comply with IT processes management and control standards such as, Portfolio Management, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and perform Project Management function where appropriate. Further develop the IT functions business analysis and process excellence capabilities
3) IT Risk Assurance: Ensures that the site IT solutions landscape complies with Worldwide Compliance, Local regulatory and Information Security standards.
4) Budget Management: Overall accountability for the IT budgets in the North Asia Cluster commercial process simplification or innovation initiatives.


Part B: Principal Responsibilities

Sales Product Line Owner
1) Presents IT in the North Asia country’s commercial leadership team and participates actively in key management of business strategy, business planning and operations meetings for new demands and capability needs. 
2) Provides overall coordination of the commercial strategy delivery with the relevant partners in business and IT. Plans, analyzes, recommends and obtains approvals for capabilities or solutions appropriate for the demands. 
3) Deliver maximized coordination in planned project delivery and post-implementation activities for solution rollout in site.
4) Captures business demands and externally initiated initiatives into a global portfolio. Provides regular portfolio updates to management. Collaborates with management on the prioritization of initiatives.
5) Works closely with other IT leaders to deliver common goals and objectives

Application of IT Processes, Security and Compliance
1) Ensures that all IT initiatives aligned with business strategy in delivery of Prioritization, Portfolio Management, Enterprise SDLC and Project Management standards and processes.
2) Ensures that all commercial process IT asset in North Asia is complying with Worldwide Information Asset Protection Policies (IAPP).

[Requirements]
Education: 
1) Possess a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related courses

Professional Experience: 
1) At least 5 years IT experience, preferably in a multinational FMCG company with at least 3 years commercial IT experience
2) Strong Commercial IT business processes and technology expertise with strong domain knowledge in Sales Force solutions and/or IT Analytics.
3) Senior Stakeholder Management Experience
4) Remote env. work experience
5) Commercial operation experience is preferred

Knowledge & Skills:
1) Overall understanding of key business and system processes
2) Strong domain knowledge in Sales Force solutions, Distributor Management, Trade Promotion 3) Management, and/or IT Analytics.(SFDC skill set is preferred)

4) Strong Project Management
5) Stakeholder Management
6) Leadership skills
7) Communication, Negotiation and Influencing skills
8) Strong analytical skills
9) Strong business English communication
10) Able to communicate and coordinate business requirements into technical requirements within a technical outsource environment
11) Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Should be able to tackle issues as they arise independently however also be knowledgeable as to when to escalate issues and questions when necessary
