[RESPONSIBILIES]
Part A: Definition
Develops and executes business plans to meet future needs and expectations. Supports sales and profit objectives of the organization. Leads efforts across multiple functions, channels and international regions to protect our brands from any attack.

Part B: Principal Responsibilities
1) Leads Category Management project with selected customers.
2) Analyzes market & retail data.
3) Facilitates shopper research and update market data.
4) Develops merchandising standard and strategy.
5) Identifies merchandising opportunities by analyzing in-store display.
6) Leads Category Management project for the customer as a category consultant
7) Develops category strategies and pans by account
8) Coordinates to execute category plans in store
9) Takes part to improve J&J In-store excellence as an advisor with shopper insight.
10) Provide & Update Category data
11) Promotion management
12) Budget management
13) Preparing and providing on-time report


[REQUIEMENTS]
1) Bachelor’s degrees or above
2) 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in consumer goods
3) Basic understanding of marketing & business planning
4) Proactive & positive & innovative mind
5) Understanding Internal Selling Process
6) Good inter-personal relationship
7) Strong communication & negotiation skills
8) Self-Management Skills
9) Strategic sales & planning Skills
10) Problem solving & decision making skills
11) Relationship building skills
12) Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
13) Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel)
