The Role
Pentair Valves & Controls seeks to recruit an Order Management Analyst
The incumbent will be responsible for trade sales execution within region.
The role is based in Anseong plant.
The incumbent will report to the Regional Order Manager Leader.

Responsibilities and deliverables include:
A. Business main responsibilities
 Monitors order status and provides reports.  
 Identifies forecasting risks and opportunities in relation to order status.   
 Determines if movement of order production required to meet customer requirements.
 Communicates order status to a variety of stakeholders.
 Supports coordination of the work and priorities of Manufacturing, Shipping & Receiving, Materials, Lean, Production Scheduling and Inventory Control to ensure that they meet customer or project objectives 
 Supports value stream view of project execution.
 Serves as a point person for project managers in leading their particular projects (or part of a project (COG in the wheel of a multi-site…and leader of single site)
 Supports forecast, report and management of site level project/backlog execution
 Provides feedback and corrective action to maintain progress toward achievement of goals and objectives.

B. DITL (daily process and metrics):
 Daily execution of the backlog (projects and short cycle) priority #1 is meeting the customer due dates - this also needs to be the factories #1
 Own the project through the lifecycle of a project (involved during the final stages of quote and contract through fulfillment) - change management, warranty, delivery terms, etc.
The Candidate Profile
A. Education and experience
 University degree and 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or project management
 Must have demonstrated experience working effectively across a site to develop and strengthen key business relationships. 

B. Personality traits and practical experience
 Analytical and communication skills. Experience with change management and driving continuous improvement activities.
 Demonstrates clear understanding of tasks and processes within manufacturing.
