Job duty and responsibilities:

Annual Operating Plan
World class customer support for engine Overhaul & Component repair.
Reduce the downtime by Quickserve process.
Maintain and clean the Facility, Equipment and Tool with Safety
Increase the NPS(Customer satisfaction) by Legendary service QS process
Strong service quality by Dist Excel (Facility, Tools, Work Process)
Improve the QS KPIs (Shop Efficiency Improvement, Productivity)
Engine Field Service
Should be record all the necessary information accurately services in progress
(Timesheet, Service report, inspection report and etc.)

Qualifications and Competencies :

Engine Overhaul(Rebuild) and Component repair
Engine Disassembly
Engine cleaning (Steam cleaning)
Inspection Report / Needed Parts List
Engine Assembly
Engine Test /Painting / Delivery to customer
Rebuild report
Distributor Excel
Facility, Tools & Equipment
Daily maintenance report
Re-work and CAR (Corrective Action Report)
Components repair (Cyl. Head, Water pump, Air Comp, Turbo)
Compliance with procedures of Dist Excel requirement (Refer to Manual)
Maintenance of Oven, Press, component repair room
Compliance with Safety process include JSA checklist
