[semiconductor] Sales Manager

[Duties & Responsibilities]

1. Support for growth of HE sales in Korea for the assigned market segments.

2. Support for HE sales growth in assembly materials in Korea

3. Hands-on & active involvement in new customer development

[Experience & Knowledge Requirements]

1. More than 7~15 years experiences in semiconductor industry and/or assembly materials, SMT areas

2. Assembly Material knowledge is preferred

3. In-depth knowledge of products & market intelligence for consumer electronics, semi-conductor, and automotive industry.

4. Able to plan the business development, aligned to sales strategy

5. Team player with good self-management and interpersonal skills

6. Leadership and customer-focused

7. Good understanding of products & sales activities

8. Analytical skill and performance driven

9. Strategic approach and result oriented

10. Good negotiation skills for sales & business

11. Sense of urgency and ability to execute

12. Collaborate across functions and sites

13. Good written and spoken English
